At 25 South Boutiques, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns on unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the shipment is scanned within 7 days of label generation.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
